Attention all past players and supporters. Get down to Olds Park on Saturday, 9 July for Back To St George Day (postponed from June due to bad weather). It’s a great opportunity to see St George’s new coach Terry Mudge in action, cheer the boys on from the hill then tell them how good you were back in the day in the clubhouse after the game. St George faces Sydney University in all three grades.
Olds Park is due to undergo significant redevelopment over the next 12 months. A clubhouse extension is being drawn up to go before council and an upgrade of the playing surface is also in the pipeline. Much work has been done and more more is to be undertaken. The AFL, State Government and Hurstville Council have all put their support behind the project so come along to Past Players’ day and show your support too.
The day also coincides with Ladies Day. There’ll be tea, coffee, cakes, champagne a lucky door prize and the opportunity to win a $200 makeover. See the attached flyer for more details.
